Meet María.
María del Carmen Gonzalez Mendoza (52 years) was born in La Paz, México.
Graduated from the Autonomous University of Guadalajara as a Bachelor of Business Administration, Meli continued her studies at the Institute of Stock Trader, where she specialized in finance and obtained the license of the National Valuing Commission that accredits her as a Financial Market Adviser.
After several courses and studies, she became Regional Manager of Southeast Human Resources for this financial institution.
She has worked in the catering area in the cities of Mexico and Puebla. Returning to the peninsula, Meli was a private cook of the most exclusive places of the Cabos: Palmilla, Pedregal, Esperanza, La Querencia to name a few.
In La Paz, she worked two years in the restaurant Las Tres Virgenes where she did a little of everything.
Today Meli is working with us at Cabo Catering, where we provide delectable culinary delights to the Cabo Area since the mid 2000’s.
The founder and owner of Cabo Catering, Manuel Brown, started Cabo Catering in Cabo San Lucas with much success.
